umm. haven't needed 4 wheel low yet. 4wd high has been great. this thing has big off road tires on it right now. 4 wheel low is only for like



i haven't spent a dime on it and runs better than my parents old van LOL

I have a cast iron 4 speed and transfer case waiting to go in my Jeep if the transmission ever goes again but I dont think that will happen being as the guys did a good job rebuilding my 727 thats in there now.
Are you running the TF 727 to the Dana 300?

it looks like this truck will last a long time. if it doesn't oh well... a whopping $580 spent

The 79 I had converted from a Quadratrac to a TH-400 with a Dana 20, the Dana 20 was a bastard sometimes to get into 4 low.



My dana 300 has never been an issue.

I have to be honest, i have no idea what kind of transfer case is in there now, I got a freshly rebuilt cast iron 4speed and transfer case when someone was moving and didnt want to take it with them, the thing weighs as much as a engine, lol



My jeep originally came with a 6cyl so now the only thing original in it are the front and rear.

82 Laredo model, factory wide tires, wheel flares, you can see part of it in the post i made yesterday about BRRR SNOW
