All around just a very nice car. Handling is beyond exceptional. Nice midrange powerband, considerable amount of tork for a what it is. Car has a 3" turboback and intake, so its not stock, but close.
Then again I guess a car that cost 30K+ should be nice.... |
The one thing im disappointed on with those cars is that the awd system is front-biased, and will only send up to 50% of the torque rearward, and then only when the fronts are slipping. I mean, it seems to obviously work, but Id prefer a fixed 30/70 or 35/65 front/rear split for predictability's sake

I hate transverse setups...I wonder how do the engine mounts cope with all that stress.... and no Evo has a shifter as glorious as an RX8...... |
you test drove a customers car... with permission id hope
|
well, that video has the Evo FQ400, the highly boosted 400hp version of the evo... with that much boosted power id imagine theyd need to do something or other to the drivetrain... otherwise itd ALWAYS be using the 50-50 split to contain that much power
