my gf is lookin to buy a daily driver. any recommendations???



she's lookin at a mazda 6, protege, altma and a nissan xterra. She's only been to mazda and nissan dealers. basicly something safe, reliable, and fun. all 2004 models, hopefully good gas milage.



lookin at under $27,000 and must be automatic.



whats the best bet??

All great vehicles if you take care of them with routine maintenance. My moms Protege has 225,000 on it and all it has ever had done was routine maintenance-no major repairs and still runs like a dream. Some others to look into for reliablity and an all around good build quality would be Toyota Corolla/Camry and the obvious a Honda Civic/Accord Good luck and remember to NEVER take MSRP -you better get the dealer to take something off that sticker LOL

i'm not that worried about msrp... my uncle used to be a used car dealer and he actually gave me lessons on how to haggle... haha
