First, calm down, if he's gotten under your skin then you're only satisfying him. I know the type, I hear **** about rotaries all the time, especially around a "Ole' Muscle" place like Alabama. The quickest way would be a good shot of nitrous but you may want to look into something more permanent like intake, full exhaust, new turbo/rebuilt stockers, maybe even an ecu...list goes on. I'm not a FC guy, but those should give you more of an edge if you don't already have them.

is his nsx modded or not?

stock 91 NSX 0-60 is about 5.4 and is a mid to low 13 sec car in the quarter. I think it tops at 170mph.

Okay, First of all what year NSX? I have a very similiar problem, with a guy with a 98 NSX, his car is good for low 13's. I have a 1993 Road and Track issue that claims 5.7 to sixty and 14.0 in the 1/4.

I think the solution is obvious, thermite placed over the engine. Ignite it and forget the whole thing ever happened.

what mods , cheap and quick is a 75 shot of wet n2o , next is more cash but upgrade to atleast a to4s and some 1600cc injectors in the secondary rail with a injector controler and some tuning. also a free mod is to grind out the lower intake manifold to smooth out all the bumps , throttle responce is improoved and hp goes up also. if you already have not done the tb mod do that too. well there is a few ideas
