so a guy came into work with a 350z and the guy that drives a 03 c5 here at work was all freaked out about how awesome they are. anyways the guy with the 350 said that he was going to do the greddy twin turbo on it and then he would be able to beat a c5. i thought they would already, and that is sad to drive a 40000$ sports car and have to spend like 6000 to make it as fast as a c5. why wouldnt you just get a 3rd gen??

'Cause it's newer!

The Corvette guy must be a loser. While his car cost more, it will perform better in every performance aspect. That turbo kit for the 350Z is putting out about the same power as the base model Corvette, once you install all that the car will weigh at least 100 lbs more.

I think around here you could get the Z06 for the same money as the 350Z+ that turbo kit. And that comparison wouldn't even be funny.

Or the guy with the 350z could just go single, then he would definately destroy the vette.

That's all you CAN do. Unless you want to be running race gas. The compression ratio is 10.3:1. It might be calling for 91 octane stock.

with every conceivable option the car is $35000, but you can

buy the car as cheap as $27000

why bother with a FD? why not put money into a TII and be

as fast as a C5, or better yet- put a big block in a Ford Pinto

and be just as fast

its not always about speed, some people want a nice new car

with a warranty and some resale.

no more warranty after he installs the twin turbo kit from greddy.

FD isn't hte ultimate car, rx7s are not the ultimate car. Different people have different opinions.

you gotta admit, the 350Zed (hard top) look noice. Maybe he just wants that car and the turbo so he can have a car he likes, but faster.
