240sx

i had a 240 that i did an sr swap on, it really isn't that hard or expensive. Total cost was like 3500 including the car, but i sold it cuz even with that engine is just isn't the car an fc is for similar money. Open diff, crappy brakes, 4 lug hubs. there is really no reason to do this, just buy a turbo II.

i havent been able to find a t11 in good condition at all it really sucks....why cant people appreciate having an rx and take care of them to sell to other people who appriciate rx7's?!

I recently went through all of the engines available in the first 10 genrerations of the Skyline on the "other" forum. Here's a link to it. Click it fool! It's about half way down the page.
RotaryRetard: There was no RB20DETT. The RB20 engine series in general is not worth the money.
DJ Rotor: The SR20DET is a much better engine engine for tweeking than the RB20DET. Ask anybody in Japan. Hopefully 1Bad180SX will see this and chime in. Check out the Japan section to see what he is putting to the wheels. The RB20DET isn't bad, it's just not that great. I forget their redline, but the SR20DET is 7500 IIRC. The RB20DET is in the same family as the RB26DETT, but that's where the similarities end.
This was in no way to flame anybody. I just wanted to set some things straight. Ever since I owned an '83 Skyline GT-EX (Paul Newman signature series) I've had a thing for them. But I am not under some impression like they are the coolest thing out there like some bubbas want to think.

[QUOTE]she thinks there too fast and "unsafe"..
1.3 litre rotary fast? Hahaha...How can that be if it is smaller then a civic engine!
Thats what i told my parents when I got my car. Of course ...the fastest thing my mom has ever driven was an old beetle.
