2004 Acura Tl

Local Acura dealership invited us to the formal introduction of the new Acura TL. Had free food and gave us free stuff. Even put one on a lift and let us check out the underside of it. Aluminum front subframe. The car is very nice.

270hp variant of the previous but venerable 3.2L V6. I think they basically improved the intake tract and did a little bit of headwork.



It sounded like the new TL would take place of both the TL and the TL-S. Previous power ratings were 225 for the TL and 260 for the TL-S.



Now if they would only stick a 6 spd. in it...

i wish honda would make more rear wheel drive cars... They would dominate the market if they did that.

actually, not to be a honda hater. i'm glad they don't dominate the market, w/rear wheel drive cars. It would slow down this innovation and horsepower war thats going on.



i like the fact that even a company like suzuki is trying to make faster more performance driven cars.
