Damn! Just got done reading an article on John Meaney's car; a 1300 hp vette! Insane? It's his daily driver! It ran 11.11 @ 151.5 on Michelin Pilot radials, and I'm sure that was spinning the tires most of the way. Here is a link to the article........ 1300 hp vette

That car was definiteley spinning the tires alot. I've seen RX-7's with slicks run 11.1 at around 122 mph. If that car could get traction it would easily hit 10's, probably even 9's.

Did you read the article? He got kicked out of the drag strip because his car needed a parachute. The guy who wrote the article got to drive, and he was going 170 mph through traffic. Thats crazy!

I only like to risk my life (and occasionally my passenger's). No point in endangering other people's lives.

I thought the reason would be that your speedometer only goes up to 150.
