03 Cobra Dyno Runs!

Well a cobra Mustang now weighs 3800 for a coupe.... getting heavy... but Ford must of done a fair amount right on this car for it to turn good 1/4 times and decent tracks times... only like .16 seconds behind a BMW M3 Coupe... Not bad considering the difference in prices and how much Racing background the M3 has!

Funny thing, these Harley nuts get all pissed off when the cycle mags **** all over the Buell bikes. The thing is, the reviewers are being HONEST. The 900+cc Buells don't even come CLOSE to the performance of a 900+cc Japanese bike. Why is this? Same thing as the Ford: American car and bike companies refuse to improve their products by spending the R&D money, because they think they can rest on their laurels and keep selling cars and bikes based off their name and heritage. Well, given Ford's troubles lately, they'd better get off their asses and DO SOMETHING RIGHT for a change.
God, I feel like I'm taking crazy pills here.

The 03 Cobra Smokes the M3 in a straight line... and runs pretty close to it on a road course.. not bad considering the price difference on the cars!
Ford did a good job on the Cobra... and besides Chevy broke the rules first with the turbo'd Firechicken..... they did back in the late 80 early 90's or whenever... I forget... Besides.... Back in 93 Ford was kicking chevy's *** with the old Venerable 5.0 vs the Chevy 5.7. It wasnt until the Ford picked up some increased fat that the chevy began winning....
So I figure this....
281 vs 346 there is room for a blower in there... lol But ford put a 112Cubic inch Roots blower on it... lol....

yeah i guess the blower is ok... id still rather have a camaro ss modded than a ford... and there is always the zo6... 405 hp out of an na 5.7. and 1 full g on the skidpad. and if 405 is stock imagine what that car is like modded. motor trend tested one that ran 0-60 in 1.9
