YUP i Bent the hell out of my flexplate. My fault totaly. the Torque converter was not set back far enough. When i sat the motor in i forced it to mate with the tranny... Now i see that was a bad idea... well off to try agian. hope to have it going agian in a day or so... one bad move and its do it alover agian. Good news.... is that the engine ran great.

 

ahhh, so that was the crunchy noise....

guess that is never a good sign.

New Flex Plate and Counter weight is on. engine is back in. bolting up now! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

well u have to put hair around it or make sure u shave it real smooth. lmao
