heh, and yet, i dont see seattle cops pulling ANYBODY over =)

one nice thing about living in this town, the cops actually seem to believe they have more important things to do than hand out tickets. of course, it could just be that the traffic keeps us all from driving more than 15 mph on the freeway

hahaha yea well seattle, especially downtown and south sea have alot more prollums than speeders....

Hyper4mance2k 06-02-2006 03:29 AM

Good luck getting a ticket in Seattle. I drove by a motorcycle cop going 60 in a 30 2 days ago and he shook his head... BTW that's a king county sheriff. Seattle cops wear blue.

WallyHojo 06-02-2006 11:44 AM

LOL a legacy, hahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahaha hhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah

jwteknix 06-02-2006 11:56 AM

Ummm... Im not laughing. Thats scary shyt right there. Legacy's aren't lead sleds. When you get all gung ho and try to run from it please have a video camera on so we can all see you scream "WTF!"

1987_GXL 06-02-2006 12:22 PM

they should have gotten an imprezza

either that or a mitsubishi Evo 8

hornbm 06-02-2006 12:45 PM

god allmighty seattle having his isnt bad, but i hope it doesnt become a trend everywhere else. LIKE KENT... that would be horrific. Did the seattle PD get just one car or did they buy a fleet of them?

1987_GXL 06-02-2006 01:23 PM

yeah... i hate "stealth" cops hiding in traffic

z-beater 06-02-2006 02:18 PM

That is neat...total sleeper... https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

nofxpunk_541 06-02-2006 02:36 PM

coming home on memorial day weekend going up i-5 between salem and portland i noticed a couple oregon state troopers driving brand new chargers... and they were even marked...

pichitsideways 06-02-2006 02:41 PM

Vancouver has a yellow wrx, sneaky bastards

bwalt 06-02-2006 05:02 PM

man i hope the cops here dont start doin stuff like that. because all they do is hand out speeding tickets. it seems like they're scared to fight crime.

kettlman 06-02-2006 09:02 PM

so don't race one by mistake

WallyHojo 06-02-2006 09:04 PM

You obviously will underestimate the power my car will put out. Besides I don't plan on running, why are you?

Hyper4mance2k 06-03-2006 12:53 AM

Kent police have a Civic SI, and Eclpise, and a old WRX. They've had them since the started the "No Racing Zones" It's fact no bull... That's why the races only last 10 minutes these days. Civic is black I think, and they're not stock so they blend in... State patrole have unmarked Ford Taurses, and a fleet of SUV's and the windows are tinted so you can't see the lights.

rmriggin 06-03-2006 02:01 AM

sneaky bastards and the excuses they use to drive what they want. I certainly don't want my tax dollars paying for bullshit like that! How often do you hear of cops having problems catching anyone in their crown vics?! And how exactly do you fit criminals in the back of a legacy or a wrx?! Now they got rides for entrapment and then once they got you they call up a crown vic to haul you off to jail?!

Shouldn't tax dollars pay for having more officers and proper equipment?!... Screw that, "we were going to get a few more cars and officers on the force but screw it! The Sheriff wants a new toy!"

If they really want to discourage racing then they need to provide the zoning so there can be more tracks

-end rant-

i did slow down when my radar went off like a xmas tree. but he told me that he clocked me doing 77mph. so that is no BS dude. i was doing 100 until the radar went off. anyway i thought that car was hottttttttt tho.

nofxpunk_541 06-07-2006 03:14 AM

sorry, i got another bs call

Hyper4mance2k 06-07-2006 04:29 AM

First you said he didn't radar you then he clocked you at 77... I think he's messin with us! First it's a King County Sherrif. Therefore they wouldn't patrol a freeway, since that's only for WSP. So that would mean that he was doing 100mph on an unencorporated King county road, being that Sherrifs only patorl outside of city limits in unencorporated parts of the county. Yea right...

County cops can give you a ticket anywhere in the County Including the Cities. Been there, done that, got the t-shirt.

Hyper4mance2k 06-09-2006 02:34 AM

All WA police can give you a ticket anywhere anytime any place. Police agencys are state accredited agencies, they just usually don't cause it's more paperwork. Been there and got the tshirt. When you get a ticket out of their jurisdiction you sign it then get it in the mail a few weeks later. Ask me how I know. LOL! The county cops can, but they're usually in the outskirts. ANd There aren't any cities on the east side. Just large groupings of houses and businesses. Maybe Sopcompton could qualify as a town, maybe... LOL!!

blazer1313 06-09-2006 11:27 AM

I know that sherriff!!!!!! He owns a GMC Denali and gets it serviced at my dealership. Peninsula Subaru is right where I commute everyday. I REALLY hope that car isn't staying in Kitsap County............

RotarBeast 06-10-2006 02:18 AM
