anyways, this trend west resort isn't that great.

so far, they wouldn't let me check in 10 min early. then the line to check in was long as hell. cliff broke the head board on his bed( was only fastened in the wall with screws into sheet rock, no studs or molly's) and the damn fireplace won't stay lit. anyways, i'm not happy with this place for the price it costs.

 

I would throw a big fit in the managers face, I bet you can get your money back! Tell them you are going to call corporate and tell them how your VACATION has ben a nightmare at there hotel, and you will tell every one you know to stay clear of that **** hole!! If they dont do something NOW!!

Never forget, you are a paying customer. And if you squeak loud enuf, they will give you some grease!!
