81 RX7 for Sale

I am the second owner of this well cared for 1st generation RX7. The car has been successfully autocrossed in SCCA winning Divisionals in Utah and Idaho, as well as winning or placing in several National Tours in Washington. The car is ideal for BSCC in small sedan, drifting, or lapping events. The car has been a leading contender in small sedan class of the Bremerton Sports Car Club.



Engine

• Pro built 12A by Minnesota Mike, formerly with Atkins. The motor has approx 1500. miles since full rebuild. Street ported, new rotors, bearings, and seals.

• Dyno’d at 138 RWHP (7/21/07) at 7400rpm. The motor easily pulls to 9000.

• Rebuild included 84/85 rotors (lighter then previous years).

• High volume oil pump

• All new apex seals, with 3rd gen corner seals.

• New radiator

• Electric fan with automatic thermostat

• MSD

• Light weight RB steel fly wheel.

• RB Holley 4 barrel aluminum intake manifold

• Holley 4 barrel carb

• RB long barrel header. Attached to RB dual tube center section.

• RB heat shield.

• Custom built exhaust tail section. This exhaust is zero restriction, dual tube the full length.

• Battery relocated behind the passenger seat.



Suspension

• Ground control caster camber plats and coil overs.

• Tokico Lumina 5 adjustable shocks on all 4 corners (with rear access)

• Eibach springs. 275 lbs fronts, 155 lbs rears

• Sevens Only rear link bolts (eliminates binding)

• Watts link reinforcement bracket

• Kosie K1 wheels (15x7).

• Extra set of stock 13” aluminum rims.



Brakes

• Newly installed remanufactured brake calipers.

• Steel braided brake lines.

• New 1985 Master cylinder (larger bore)

• Hawk HP Plus front pads, Hawk HPS rear pads.



Interior

• Corbeau Forza seats (FIA approved)

• Shoulder harness bar.

• 5 Point Simpson 3” straps (factory belts still in car for street driving)

• 340mm steering wheel

• Momo leather covered gear shift ****

• Custom door panels.

• AM/FM CD player.
