Its with a crappy camera phone... but its kettlman playing with a shaft....





otherwise it was awesome, that guy is a genious... learned alot of stuff... and alot of it was "wtf are you talking about..." (because i am stupid when it comes to cars) and most of it was "omg buick guy stfu"

Thanks to Rob and Blake and the others responsible for this tech day. I drove 300 miles round trip, and didn't regret a second of it. Also it saved the shipping cost on my alt relocation bracket. Who let buick guy in, I needed a translater for him.

I totally agree! 370 miles for me, and it was worth every gallon of gas my car gulped on the way down and back! Just seeing the way Rob and Blake gave unlimited time to answering any and all questions and even helping out with parts makes me feel very confident of their commitment to quality customer service. I think I'll be contacting them really soon to get on that loooong waiting list.
