Allan I used MS FrontPage to do INWR.org. There are other programs out there that are cheeper that could work too. They all work more like a word prosessor so you don't have to know HTML code.

 

i have frontpage. just on my other comp. been trying to connect it, but been having problems. will get it worked out. and hopefully i can figure that program out.

 

Frontpage rocks, pretty easy to use, use it for my ebay listings too.



After an hour you should have it down, no problem.

back in my emo days, dont have a current one anymore since there is no use for me



nothing really there content wise, but for 1024x768 and 800x600 it looks ok, higher resolutions i didn't optimize for, would just require a line or 2 with a repeating background to fill in the blank spots.
