When you open the northwest forum it is located above the topics in a seperate, well, sub heading.

Not in mine - all I see are pinned topics, and then Forum Topics.
Do people need 10 posts before they can see it?
I can see other sub forums, in other forums, just not here.

I wouldn't think so, 10 requirement is for Gen D and the shoutbox...
