OK I am not into subtle..
With Andrew's Car on the SCCA Cover I might as well make it official. PINNACLE MAZDA is having a honking huge shindig on MArch 17th, 2007 to celibrate our 2nd anniversary and salute our racers from the Northwest. Let's kick off the Northwet race season! We want to invite all our Oregon region friends and any othe Miata Maniacs that can make it, too. The Puget Sound Miata club is already planning to be there and the NoPistons.com folks will also make a showing. Contests, car shows, prizes and who knows what else... to early to say... just hope a race isn't on the same weekend.
Rain or shine.. it's a Northwest thing.
Well it turns out the 8hr Enduro is that weekend at PIR so we are looking at Sunday the 18th as well or may consider another date, but it becomes more difficult. Will be running a poll with Spec Miata and others.

Belated XMAS wishes and a safe and happy New Year to all!
So Far there is a push from the Spec Miata racers to do the main shindig on March 24th, since most will be pooped out from the Enduro race.. I am also considering a 2 weekend party as well depending on the Puget Sound Miata Club...

We may try to do some things on both weekends but It looks like most of the Miata racers will not be able to make the 17th-18th and they are an important part of our success. Budget can only allow so much, tho, thus my early beating of the drum. We hope to get another PDX day put together and also the Proformance Mazda day at Pacific Raceway.

That's cool Jeff, I'm sure there will be plenty of things for me to go to this season. Chris will just have to represent and well this just isn't something I'll change my trip for.
BTW - been seeing Andrew's name everywhere lately. It's pretty cool to read Grassroots and know some of the folks they are talking about
