I will call today and see how many rooms have been spoken for. There should be plenty, I saved 40 rooms for our group. Problem is if no one signs up before that certain date, they give our rooms to whomever, so its best to sign up now for your room. You dont have to pay now, you pay after your stay.

The rooms are $100 a night, which is the cheapest in town on that weekend. A lot of the guys try to find a room-mate to make things more affordable. You have to call in advance to reserve a room. When you do so, say your under the RPNW block so you get the discount.

You sign up at the following http://nwrotorrally.org/

The sign up process on website will explain all the steps, but if you have any questions just let me know.

all info is on http://nwrotorrally.org/ room is 99 a night( for 2, +10 for each aditional person in your room up to 4), our rotary power nw discount. basicle its good to rent a good room, then spit costs by having more people.

Just confirmed my room this morning. The number for the red lion is 509.663.0711. They still had 28 rooms available under the rpnw block.

Don't forget to sign up Chris...

Yeah I booked 40 rooms this year. Usually RPNW books 30 rooms, so I think I did an overkill on the rooms, so might change it back to the original 30 rooms. Glad your coming this year.

First, I want to say "Well done!" to the organizers of this year's Rotary/ Apple Blossom Festival. You have done an outstanding job of planning each day, and everything sounds perfect.. fun things to do, and also plenty of down time to rest and relax. Thank you for all your hard work!

I would like to attend the banquet, but I'm under the impression that I must purchase a "package" in order to attend the banquet. I attended the first ABF that was organized by Steve (Flamin' NOS). As many people know, that ABF was so awesome that it gave a huge kick-start to the second ABF, which was organized by Brad (3Rotor) and was structured around "package" deals... but many of us are not interested in package deals, or prizes at a banquet. Many of us just want to attend the ABF for the camaraderie, and to participate in all the fun with everyone!

Are people still required to buy a "package" in order to attend the banquet? Are people still unable to choose from the menu? I don't want to buy a package, and I don't want any of the door prizes, or the limited meal choices that are offered. Next year, I think we should try to go back to the original-style banquet, where we had a reserved restaurant/ banquet room, and everyone could choose from a menu.. and the ability to opt out of the package deals. The ABF used to be a less structured and more inclusive event, and I think we should get back to the inclusiveness next year. It will make the event bigger and better than ever.

This year's organizers have done a fantastic job (expecially on such short notice!), and I applaud what you have done. This year, I would like to see everyone at the banquet, and free to choose whether they want a package or not. Can we do that?

Roger...no you don't have to buy a packet to come to the banquet. Believe it or not the hotel charges us per person around $35 per person for the banquet, and $15 for the lunch. So thats why we give a good deal for #3 package for $45.00 you get basically a free T-shirt and a few raffle tickets. So you can come find me when you get there and I will sell you a ticket just for the banquet. Choosing from the menu would be cool per person, but it seems to make things much easier since the event has grown and more people attend, to just choose 3 entree's etc. This year I went a little different on the dinner than the past years, so hopefully everyone will like what I did.

I actually never thought so much was involved in such an event until I started working on this. I hope all goes well this year as its my first year doing it. Im kinda blind going into this.

So with that...come on everyone sign up and lets all just have a great time and enjoy each others.
