Thanks!

Well, to start, it lessens the rotating weight, releasing more HP (Not by ALOT but its there) it also will increase engine reponse.

I ran a aluminum rb one for a while. I noticed if you are accelerating hard, then left off the gas you instantly slow down, also starting from a stop is a little different. I would buy another one though, more pros than cons.

It really depends what you are doing with the car. If you are a drag racer you may want the extra torque of the stock flywheel. I autocross my car and I like the quick rev of a lite flywheel. If you drive on the street all the time a lite flywheel can be a hassle.

there are two types of lightweight flywheels. Aluminum (weighs the least) and lightweight steel. Of course youll accelerate quickly with the aluminum but loose torque. I have a lightweight steel and its great for all around driving.
