Here is Scott Wagers saying that Evan is full of it and that all the claims that have been made about that vert is from marc and his friends. Also I happened to find the papers I have from the first year of reclaimer autos taxes to show he was paid for the vert.
But that never stopped them from spreading marcs rumors about me and even now I am hearing from people I try to buy motors from that I am not welcome because of the claims about this car made on marcs page to gain his favor and to destroy reclaimer auto by making it impossible to buy or sell.
No matter how many times I explain with facts that the claims they are promoting are false, they just get worse and take it further.

So after I tried to stop that nonsense from spreading I found that Marc was now making up some nonsense with a guy on his group named Jarret. Who was making a claim I was going to sell him some brake rotors or something but took 5 days so he filed with paypal. First off, I have no records of a transaction with this guy, so I am not even sure where to start. Second, I would just refund the money, or send the brakes. My rx7club feedback and my current ebay feedback as reclaimerautorestorations shows this. However I asked him when this took place and was just blocked so this one is still a mystery to me.
However while all of that was happening I was helping a ton of fc owners and just having fun. I was charging people who had a good core motor the cost of a seal kit to rebuild it. I had time and enjoyed the work and the ability to see it out there. One time they started talking about the GTUs I once worked on for a guy in washington. He had a good core and I rebuilt it for him in a weekend. He called a few times asking about wiring and how to delete things. He had just had a falling out with his locals and was new to the oregon crew. I did my best to walk him through and then he decided to sell it. It hit RPNW and they thrashed him. Derek and Marc know I build good motors, but cannot promote me, so say the motor is good but bash other things.
So... That is when I started getting talked about even though marc was doing everything to remove and delete any good I was doing through Reclaimer Auto. I once sold a fully caged 1995 Montego Blue FD3S that is like one of 50 or some nonsense for 1,000. Another MB rhd for 2k and a mint condition low miles t2 for 1k. I was never in it for the money, marc is, remember his joker quote when he moved home?

Now this is when it got even worse. This was a deal. Possibly one of the best deals to have happen and something that would make a name for me. So marc had to get everyone he had already talked to to attack me. Even chris knew it was bull but he is weak and by the end of the conversation was just begging to be let in the group that is my enemies. Anything to have someone after what happened with him and nate.
Marc started making up some seriously false accusations and BS claims. I have asked for over ten years for him to back these, or someone to show proof to his claims. I would like to cover a this post thoroughly though. First, I never built a 4 port for a na, also i only bought atkins or pineapple block off plates. Chris however did make custom OMP block offs, he made one for nate once and then offered that. I never participated as I bought from others for my builds. So not a claim against me.
Second, marc. He makes a tall claim here. First that I built a motor where the front cover bolt fell off? First off, what? How, why would just one bolt fall out and what car is this? Who drove one of my fresh engines 20 miles before I let it out of the shop? I never did that. Proof to this claims please? I call BS. Second that I would use JB weld as an intake gasket? Of all the work on reclaimer autos site, none of that shows I would ever do such a thing, so this was just for shock value obviously. Last the nonsense that I owe him money for the FD that he sold me years before that. YEARS. I paid it off, I was given the title. I built my rhd with selling the fd to a guy for a fc to finish my rhd. He hated that but the car was mine, I paid for it. He is full of it, anything to make a claim sound legit. No proof to his claims ever.

Oh I forgot to mention his comment about Daves FC.. Ok, here is irony at its finest. So I took my wifes turbo fc to him in beaverton before this. Daniel started installing the motor. I took the car home and finished it myself, got it running and she drove it. It stopped on her one day and chris, marc and I all looked at it, he said it needed an engine harness but was fine. I sold it to dave for his widebody fc. He asked me to put it in, I said I have chris do my timing and stuff. He had me install it at my shop then he trailered it with only the keg from her car installed in his bay. He then had me pick up a parts car that had an engine with parts on it he wanted on that keg. I was to get it, I would get the shell, chris would get the 13b RE cosmo motor in it and he would get the stand alone and turbo parts. Chris took possession of daves motor, his apexi exhaust and put it on his car. This was his payment for getting daves engine running. I was building other motors for people and this was chris's job now. He never did, dave got upset and said not to speak to him again when I said I cannot force chris to and do not know why he will not. Dave sold the car with the motor from marcs shop to rick phelps who used it to say it was a motor I built when it turned out that it was blown. Rick and Marc talked about how to use his experience against me and posted it everywhere.
Dave bought two cars from me. My wifes turbo II, with the motor for 1k because it was signed off by marc. (btw my wife has her side here, where marc stole parts from here from that car, but thats another story) and a really nice SE FC that I restored and was driving around when I meet him. I had already put 5k miles on its new engine. He begged me for it and after my wife commented that she really wanted a subaru he offered her his station wagon and I traded straight for her. It had no damn oil in it and bad axles. But she loved it and was done with fc's after the other turbo stranding her. So. He got the best of me if anything.

Then he just screwed him over to ruin my **** and get in with marc.

So that whole conversation that was about an amazing deal i was giving away turned into me being attacked and chris begging to be let in.
So that was it. I announced after seeing the response from the community and the reactions I was getting for giving deals and helping out, the twisting that was being done by my competitors to ruin my shops name with no proof and them all just run with it, I was thinking I was done.
This was that car BTW and what it sells for on the fair market lol
So the final straw and what killed Reclaimer Auto is when marc then set out to attack me through sending admins and moderators of all the facebook groups for rotary and rx7's and all the local nw car groups telling them this:
All of this was a lie, twisting the truth as to why I had left his group. But it worked. No proof required, just slander and then the admins took it from there. Eric runs the FC3S pages with Robert, they went to the other rx7 pages. He went to local groups and had his friends all post about me at once if I made a comment saying get this guy outa here, they would listen because it was like 6 people at once saying marcs ****. All the same people in the comments on this thread. They doxed me, I had to move because of threats. They doxed my new address. All selling marcs original slander. As shown here, still to this day they are trying to warn locals in my area about me. No proof needed, just the rumors that marc started and nothing else. This poor kid lost out. He could have bought that motor my kid built at 12 years old in 2017 for 1,000. It was sold to a guy in WA who put a turbo on it and is still to this day in 2022 driving it around while this poor kid still has not running motor in his GTU. Thanks to Marc.

They made it to where I ended up having to close down my shop. reclaimer auto was no more. I announced it and ended up finding a new hobby... Lapidary arts. I started Oregon Only Stones. Bought a new place and set up a shop for doing fine jewelry. Started climbing mountains and harvesting stone. For years I did this and never even bothered with the rotary community.
Then in 2017 my son started getting into cars. Stories of the past and him remembering working on them with me started to make him interested in doing things himself. So we started a car project together. Honestly I am really proud of the kid, he built his first rotary at 12 and did a great job. During that time I had found that the guy who I had once built that engine for that had a GTUs was getting out of the rotary game, he had a falling out hard and was done for good. He had sold my motor, he had scrapped the interior wiring after no one could help him sort it. I was interested in the shell and went to pick it up. I knew it was rare and that I could restore it. I bought it and Liam and I started talking about what we were doing. This attracted attention. That caused Marc and his people to come back.
Peter Jun and I had a conversation about where he got his information that made the rx7club thread about the GTUs model. I showed it incorrect, proved it through mazda stating so and him and marc came at me again. He used marcs site to start attacking me YEARS after they had stopped. It picked right back up again with the same few people it was and now was bringing in the new people to it.
Here are the players in that thread: The gtus owner I offended who marc befriended. Evan the addict shown previous. Ryan Baker, A guy I have never meet but runs the other local rotary group PNW rx7 and several other local car groups. Tom is Robert whites friend I meet once and we were friends. Nick Johnson, chris's support to try to flip the child molestation stuff on and my son somehow? A new guy Jordan who I offended his girlfriend on onlyfans... mhmm... Some new guys who are jumping in the fun that just started using marcs new shop.
and of course our ring leader marc calling me the tiger king.

So Liam wants to someday possibly open and take over Reclaimer Auto and with that we start to talk about this possibility. This rumor gets to marc and so he starts to tell everyone in messages what is going on. I start getting told by people who I have never meet about the slander from marc. I started seeing him saying to slander me on the rx7 argument group as well as his site. That is where is exploded. The admin there started making memes about ducks, being my last name sounds like maducks to them? I must quack, make noise, to them. Ironic. Anyway, they started posting in defense of chris and the group was pulled for promoting what he did to the underage and saying that is what I did to my kid. So I have taken legal action against the rx7club and won and now facebook is pulling all their sites, this is when they made all their groups private and went harder. Now he runs around making profiles pretending to be me, to make people think its me, so they will attack me, when its not me. Yeah. ******* crazy, right?

So lets catch up...
I have not one thing that has been shown, some false claims by marc made, a couple by his friends that were disproven and some guy who hates me for discrediting his thread about the GTUs.
This is where it has gotten crazy. Like stop the steal, cult crazy. I do not know almost any of these people or ever spoken to them. But when Liam decided he wanted to reopen reclaimer auto as a hobby shop, just a thing for him to show off his work when he does it, they attacked. If I posted anywhere talking about him they would go off. Try to have us removed. Tell mods and admins that his mother and him are not even real. That marcs slander is real and that noah is right.
It became clear that their ableism and their lacking evidence was getting on peoples nerves and they were starting to be called bullies. Causing people to fear being seen as a friend to me and fearing the lynch mob set out by marc so many years before.

Now the slander marc had created had spread wide. Like the stop the steal campaign, this is no different. One person claiming something false to a bunch of people who take it without evidence and chant it, no matter the facts presented to discredit it. This caused people to start scamming me. As the person who made the fake claim about me for marc years before was now saying he wants to make fake accounts and scam me, I found that they were serious. Marc and his friends started scamming me as soon as they found out that I was looking for an engine.
Long story short, they tried to scam me. I took them to court and won. They now make payments to me under court order for scamming me with blown motors. This is not the first time they have done this, just the first time they did it to me.
If you are not wanting to watch that. Here... I won in court, they pay me, for a long time. Of course when the facts are presented they try to say that the facts are the lie... But the facts are overwhelming

When I talked about it on the other groups in facebook marcs people attacked me and did everything they could to silence me to earn marcs favor or at this point maybe just because the stop the steal type just does this stuff... But here they are claiming that liam and my wife are not real, that we all need banned for talking about being scammed by those saying that we scammed them. They now just talk about me like this, they do not know why, I do not even know them. It is like a cult, like I am Hillary and this is their lock her up chant?
So now on their groups when they are called out by people who are not buying the stop the steal nonsense and are wanting proof, the moderators, marcs friend, is there to lock it up and block those who are against marc.

Remember this person? She is currently at this moment using Marcs platform and Pineapple racing to scam people with a known blown motor just as they did to me. So heads up, this is the state of it today and this is why i walked away and closed reclaimer auto. I see this happening from them all the time. They know this motor is blown, however they will try to word it to imply that its a rebuilt pineapple racing motor while at the same time looking for a running motor between their friends while also plugging marc and rob as builders and tuners.
So after all of this slander, after the years of attacks and nonsense I had to make this video. It is pretty mucha run down of what was shown here with the last 15 minutes being Liam Maddox and Becky Maddox speaking direct to marc and his friends, telling them to stop harassing them and slandering them
So not I run Oregon Only Stones. It is a hand crafted jewelry shop. I love it. I still help out the local rotary community and am currently restoring my GTUs and my kids restoring his 90 Infini. He is running Reclaimer Auto now as a hobby shop to document his builds and passion.
I am going to leave off here showing what I am watching as of this morning and what inspired me to make this thread. This thread is from the local PNW rx7 page that Ryan Baker runs, marc and his crew moved there since marcs group is really dead. They are there to assure that the new shops, builders like I was, are run down and felt attacked. They are a bit more hostile in response than I was, as I just left. But here is Jesse attacking as usual on marcs behalf so he can slide in at the end and get the money. Meanwhile he started war against all the shops and the community cannot take it anymore. They are all at each others throats and no one can be trusted. All for his monopoly and grasp of pineapple racing.
