Ok I am going to try to update this thread. First I want to start with Reclaimer Auto and then lead into the GTUs build thread. So I first saw this car over ten years ago. Here is how all that went down...
For ten years now I have watched and even been victim to the slander from Marc Heynderickx through his Rotary Power Northwest group on facebook, local connections through pineapple racing and his shop at his fathers house in Canby. From Kurt Robertson in Mollala to Bob Putman of Rotards in Salem Oregon. This is how he has used the same tactics to discredit and attack all competitors of Pineapple Racing while working there and using them to outsource work to his shop in Canby. I owned Reclaimer Auto and like he silently attacked Kurt and Bob from his platforms and in direct messages I was victim to the same tactics. He makes claims with NO evidence to back them but uses his group of friends to just keep repeating it even when shown facts disproving. Here is proof to this: Ok, so going all the way back to 2012 when I used to run a local rotary shop I was a part of his group there. I had built many cars and engines for the local community. However before I left the group I was helping many people on it through my shop, first called rotary workz as made up by my friend chris who I asked to be my tuner guy as he owned the timing gun and I always liked to sit in the car for the first start of my builds haha. While I was assisting people out of state with their engine rebuilds I let chris take on the groups chump car. This was not my thing, but I let chris take this on by himself. A week later he spent a hundred or so just to realize the apex on the 12a was blown. I offered my services and they jumped on it. But they wanted to use old seals and build cheap, I do not build cheap motors, I can built them for cheap, but I do not build crap. So I passed. I took the fb back up and went back to helping the local FB/FC guys. Marc was there for the FD guys and I knew little. So I did not step on his toes. I just rolled with it. A little back story to Marc Heynderickx and my friendship the years prior to this moment... I first meet Marc on the club, he had just left working for Bob Putman at Rotards in Salem and was now spending all his time at Pineapple Racing with Rob Golden. I bought an FD from him that was wrecked and burnt but I had not had one yet and he saved it from the scrap yard for 750$. I have a build thread about it online. I paid 3k for it, he gave up the title and then I traded it for another FC because I love them and IDGAF what others think about that trade lol. In a few pictures here is a run down of marcs previous years. He first opened his shop FD3S Engineering in Beaverton. My wife brought him her Turbo II rx7 and I supported him. I had just stopped supporting bobs shop because of his builder Robert White (who was also the admin for the rx7club) putting oil control rings in upside down in a customers 12a, I was there for its first fire up. He did make it right and rebuilt it with new plates, but that happened and I lost faith. So I was with Rob and Marc. Marc had got Daniel from Pineapple racing who was their second engine builder to Rob to come with him to beaverton. I came to see if her car was done and he said no. He said that Daniel cannot build my RHD motor and that he is on drugs and scamming people and I cannot trust him and that if I just do not use him that he would help me build that engine at no cost. I saw his wealth and knew his connections and took his side. No proof, just ignored dan. Then all the rumors started showing truth behind them. Dan and his falling out might have been about an insurance scam. As that was unfolding Marcs personal car (which he never left outside the shop in downtown beaverton at night) was left out and carefully stripped to nothing, without causing any frame or structural damage, of all its expensive parts. Marc was investigated by the cops and his insurance company and this is when I found out from him that this was not the first time. That he was kicked out of college for his friends theft of the computer lab and his knowledge of it. His father runs a school, he now runs cyber security for Legacy Health. During that time I was supportive of Marc. He ended up having some more claims about his work made, none of which I can prove so I will not mention however it caused him to close his shop down. He came to me for help to move his things, the cars and set him up at his fathers house in canby. I bought his FD from his fathers house in Lacey and he needed me to move his dads stuff from the canby house to the lacey house and the stuff from the shop to the canby house. That his dad was going to build him a shop there and that way he does not need to worry about his reputation as it will all be through pineapple. I helped. Our kids played. We were friends.

Marc and Jesse Frame, Derek and Aaron came to talk about how I am a great guy and that Bob and that shop are the worst. Just a little while after I helped him there I was finishing up my RHD. I gave away to chris the first motor he did help me learn to build, but he did not end up building it as he said he would. He only went as far as to tell me how to clean and stack it. Derek was there to cheer me on and it went great. But I needed another one and came to his shop. He told me about his friend who would have a free core I can have. Well. Long story short, the friend of his had reported a s5 vert stolen for the insurance check and was offering the whole car hiding in his uhaul storage unit. I had been given free mint condition 87 arctic silver T2's so this was not new to me. I helped, I got help. However I was not told about that insurance claim until it was on my trailer. I said no, I am not ok with this. Pushed it off and Aaron ended up taking it home.
I then went home and posted on Rotary Power Northwest about how fucked up that was, texted marc, he said he didnt know anything about that situation. That is when I started to notice there was a **** ton of stolen cars surrounding him. That people have their **** boxes go missing, get a check and then end up with a new shell and use his shop and pineapple to build it up better than they could have with the original platform. I stopped participating in the group and walked away. That is when I fell victim to what he had done to every other shop and small person who might have threatened his standing at pineapple and his face at his new shop. Marc had burnt so many bridges and attacked so many random people he had all the shops and the people who patron them going at each other on all platforms. This post was assumed was made by me, while I still am under the assumption it could have been Joel (jinxed4dub on the rx7club) who might have had enough. However this caused Marc to start attacking myself and kurt as well as anyone who associates with them. Here is when he started the slander campaign against me. Lynch mob anyone? Again, I was not there to see this or know that it was happening or building against me. Marc is the Admin as is Nicholas. Marc has still never been able to say what I owe money for, he later claimed the FD, but I paid that off and was given the title when I did so. This is what you will see as the typical behavior though. I said I do not like that he seems to be investigated for theft and scams and I am uncomfortable. So he says that I am a thief by implying that I stole from him. Meanwhile they were all bad mouthing each other. Now during all that slander I had told Chris to stay away from my family and not to come over. I mentioned earlier that I sold him Rotary Workz for 1$, yeah that is also why I started Reclaimer Auto after that. He never did anything but help fire up the motor. I had heard things that started getting to be a bit much. One of the things that split me and Robert White of the rx7club was attacking him for saying that Chris was taking credit for my builds and claiming his car was built by him.
That did not really bother me, although it was annoying to hear that considering I had built the car and the engine for free and only ever asked him to just tell people I did it. I was there for chris during his divorce, through his addiction, when he fell for my aunt and asked her to marry him, when sara ran away from him screaming a few months later. I was there for him over and over, but the last straw was during all of this slander from marc, after my aunt left him, he started online dating and hooked up with a ******* 15 year old girl. The man was in his mid 30s! This had me thinking about not only Marc but Chris and all the people I am surrounded by. I confronted him, asked him if he fucked her. He said he took her to the top of marys peak in the car I built, took her out to dinner and then home, where she kissed him on the porch and offered for him to come in, he then said he realized she was underage and left. Who the **** buys that? So that was the end of it. I then confronted him about what Robert said about the car I built him and he said looking me dead in the eyes that possession is 9/10ths of the law and he can make all the claims he wants. RIGHT ******* AFTER I SAID NEVER TALK TO ME AGAIN his new/old best friend was arrested for MOLESTING A 6 YEAR OLD IN HIS HOUSE. He was there, he defended his friend who confessed and his friend went to jail. Chris got him a lawyer and wanted the little girl on the stand. His rotary experience was ownership and helping me set timing. He installed his motor once, here are a few pics of how that went before I stepped in and me calling him out on the 15 yr old. This is where it happened. They have erased all of this from the internet and he has moved out of town since then. They guy is supposed to get out in a few years and chris is ready to help him again. I had watched him go through the struggle of working with another shop on the motor he had gotten off the club. It was a good runner, but he put the wrong flywheel on it (s4 turbo with a s6 flywheel). He was convinced to go carbed like his classic car was. He knew them and wanted to go with it. Robert at rotary shack was quick to screw him over. Sold him a ton of parts that did not fit and left him unable to close his hood. When he did finally end up getting the EFI set up on and returning rotary shacks stuff he blew the motor on the first pull when he picked me up. The motor was the most destroyed motor I had ever seen at that point. This is when Marc started posting about everyone in response to the one he was mentioned in. First he posted one about me. He was even called out on the thread there, no one had those pictures but him and chris. Chris took video of the wrecker pulling my infini out of the ditch. They were using that to slander me. Then he made a post about Kurt, he got his friends in on it, even those who liked kurt and his work started to change their opinions. Jesse Frame is marcs right hand man in this, Ryan Baker is his left. They have admin and mod status and are always on the computer for a living and are invested in the business's. You will see that it is the same dozen people and you will see their credibility. He makes claims of Kurts work with no proof given but through his site where Kurt is not he can change minds.

So obviously when I started telling everyone about why I am not friends with Chris and went solo he came on strong on marcs group and obviously had told marc anything that might gain favor with him.

He and I had a conflict that required me to call the sheriffs about him not returning parts he was to return that were not part of its sale and he left with. But with the statement made he validated the claims of Evan they made. Here is the story of that vert in a nut shell: I bought it in Washington with the money got from selling my 1966 pontiac catalina steering wheel. I sold it and bought the vert all in the same trip. I brought it home, stripped it, it was moldy. I finished my RHD, scott and I started building others fc's, he wanted one. I gave him the vert. He earned a few bills and it was the payment. Few months later, he was not able to finish it, I had put tons of parts in, but his life was taking another direction and Oregon was killing him and he returned to Hawaii after living with me for a long time. I paid him 500 for the shell to help him get back home and on his feet. Then I sold it to Evan for 200 bucks after I took out the motor we built, the carbon hood and Re mirrors and I wanted the read Euro plates back. Which is what he ended up keeping. Here is Scott Wagers saying that Evan is full of it and that all the claims that have been made about that vert is from marc and his friends. Also I happened to find the papers I have from the first year of reclaimer autos taxes to show he was paid for the vert.

So after I tried to stop that nonsense from spreading I found that Marc was now making up some nonsense with a guy on his group named Jarret. Who was making a claim I was going to sell him some brake rotors or something but took 5 days so he filed with paypal. First off, I have no records of a transaction with this guy, so I am not even sure where to start. Second, I would just refund the money, or send the brakes. My rx7club feedback and my current ebay feedback as reclaimerautorestorations shows this. However I asked him when this took place and was just blocked so this one is still a mystery to me.

I was charging people who had a good core motor the cost of a seal kit to rebuild it. I had time and enjoyed the work and the ability to see it out there. One time they started talking about the GTUs I once worked on for a guy in washington. He had a good core and I rebuilt it for him in a weekend. He called a few times asking about wiring and how to delete things. He had just had a falling out with his locals and was new to the oregon crew. I did my best to walk him through and then he decided to sell it. It hit RPNW and they thrashed him. First, I never built a 4 port for a na, also i only bought atkins or pineapple block off plates. Chris however did make custom OMP block offs, he made one for nate once and then offered that. I never participated as I bought from others for my builds. So not a claim against me. Second, marc. He makes a tall claim here. First that I built a motor where the front cover bolt fell off? First off, what? How, why would just one bolt fall out and what car is this? Who drove one of my fresh engines 20 miles before I let it out of the shop? I never did that. Proof to this claims please? I call BS. Second that I would use JB weld as an intake gasket? Of all the work on reclaimer autos site, none of that shows I would ever do such a thing, so this was just for shock value obviously. Last the nonsense that I owe him money for the FD that he sold me years before that. YEARS. I paid it off, I was given the title. I built my rhd with selling the fd to a guy for a fc to finish my rhd. He hated that but the car was mine, I paid for it. He is full of it, anything to make a claim sound legit. Oh I forgot to mention his comment about Daves FC.. Ok, here is irony at its finest. So I took my wifes turbo fc to him in beaverton before this. Daniel started installing the motor. I took the car home and finished it myself, got it running and she drove it. It stopped on her one day and chris, marc and I all looked at it, he said it needed an engine harness but was fine. I sold it to dave for his widebody fc. He asked me to put it in, I said I have chris do my timing and stuff. He had me install it at my shop then he trailered it with only the keg from her car installed in his bay. He then had me pick up a parts car that had an engine with parts on it he wanted on that keg. I was to get it, I would get the shell, chris would get the 13b RE cosmo motor in it and he would get the stand alone and turbo parts. Chris took possession of daves motor, his apexi exhaust and put it on his car. This was his payment for getting daves engine running. I was building other motors for people and this was chris's job now. He never did, dave got upset and said not to speak to him again when I said I cannot force chris to and do not know why he will not. Dave sold the car with the motor from marcs shop to rick phelps who used it to say it was a motor I built when it turned out that it was blown. Rick and Marc talked about how to use his experience against me and posted it everywhere.
Dave bought two cars from me. My wifes turbo II, with the motor for 1k because it was signed off by marc. (btw my wife has her side here, where marc stole parts from here from that car, but thats another story) and a really nice SE FC that I restored and was driving around when I meet him. I had already put 5k miles on its new engine. He begged me for it and after my wife commented that she really wanted a subaru he offered her his station wagon and I traded straight for her. It had no damn oil in it and bad axles. But she loved it and was done with fc's after the other turbo stranding her. So. He got the best of me if anything. They made it to where I ended up having to close down my shop. reclaimer auto was no more. I announced it and ended up finding a new hobby... Lapidary arts. I started Oregon Only Stones. Bought a new place and set up a shop for doing fine jewelry. Started climbing mountains and harvesting stone. For years I did this and never even bothered with the rotary community.
Then in 2017 my son started getting into cars. Stories of the past and him remembering working on them with me started to make him interested in doing things himself. So we started a car project together. Honestly I am really proud of the kid, he built his first rotary at 12 and did a great job. I bought it and Liam and I started talking about what we were doing. This attracted attention. That caused Marc and his people to come back. Peter Jun and I had a conversation about where he got his information that made the rx7club thread about the GTUs model. I showed it incorrect, proved it through mazda stating so and him and marc came at me again. He used marcs site to start attacking me YEARS after they had stopped. So Liam wants to someday possibly open and take over Reclaimer Auto and with that we start to talk about this possibility. This rumor gets to marc and so he starts to tell everyone in messages what is going on. I start getting told by people who I have never meet about the slander from marc. I started seeing him saying to slander me on the rx7 argument group as well as his site. That is where is exploded. The admin there started making memes about ducks, being my last name sounds like maducks to them? I must quack, make noise, to them. Ironic. Anyway, they started posting in defense of chris and the group was pulled for promoting what he did to the underage and saying that is what I did to my kid.

Now the slander marc had created had spread wide. Like the stop the steal campaign, this is no different. One person claiming something false to a bunch of people who take it without evidence and chant it, no matter the facts presented to discredit it. This caused people to start scamming me. As the person who made the fake claim about me for marc years before was now saying he wants to make fake accounts and scam me, I found that they were serious. Marc and his friends started scamming me as soon as they found out that I was looking for an engine.
Long story short, they tried to scam me. I took them to court and won. They now make payments to me under court order for scamming me with blown motors. This is not the first time they have done this, just the first time they did it to me. If you are not wanting to watch that. Here... This is going to be a fun thread! I have found and saved the rarest Mazda FC RX7 ever made! Now this car is rare. Really rare! Now before everyone freaks out... NOTHING will be cut to do this swap. It is only a removal of 4 subframe bolts and adding shims. The original drivetrain will be fully restored and set aside to assure the value of this rare car will be retained, while I have fun!

I found this car on craigslist. It was one of the local PNW rotary group owners and he had just had a fallout with all the local community. The car was destroyed but I knew that if it was a non sunroof S5 it was special. I did not know what I was going to be rolling up to buy though but committed to get it anyway!

There was almost nothing left to it. The wiring harness was missing, the interior was destroyed, the parts were all S4 and S5 blue mix. However it had the diff, brakes, non sunroof liner, wheels, vin, door stamps, ect. It checked out. So I bought it and took it home. Honestly the only reason I lusted for it was because of the lacking sunroof on an s5. Probably cheaper to just buy a new roof skin and pay to swap it. but my holding off and waiting for it was worth it! I do not settle on a price over the phone to assure that I can make an offer when I get there. The car was trashed, the guy did not give a **** about it, he was living in a heroin **** shack and all the RPNW people I knew were the people he used to know. So badly I wanted to know what he did, but I did not want to stick around, he fell hard. I offered 400$. I bought the rarest rx7 fc for 400$. Loaded it up and started the trip back home! The guy sold me most of the original parts back with the car. I have a couple spare blue interiors I can use to finish it up. The door panels look great and I will detail those and make them new really easy. The carpet is getting taken out and taken to the local industrial cleaners and going through a giant tumbler washer and will be coming out new or getting replaced. It is nasty. The headliner is MINT! I am soooo happy about that! I thought I was going to roll up to it missing, it and the a pillars were never removed. I am sure the auto belts do not work. I am looking to put in the rear seats, front racing seats (even though I have the cloth turbo seats it came with) and a harness. This is the inspiration for the kit. I like this car a lot. Always have. I have decided to run this kit and possibly even the rims as well. Like the clean look and had those rims on my last FD and loved them. I bought the kit, had it shipped out and have test fitted it on. It fits amazing. I look forward to having it painted and getting the interior installed! I love the Knight Sport and Fujita Engineering look!

Got the 2JZ Aristo ECU without the demobilizer. The motor that I imported came with a paper weight ecu, not ready to go stand alone in the car so this was the best option for now.

Got all the parts to drop the 2JZ into the FC. Soon as I install the poly bushings I will get pics of it all together and the motor ready to go in! Will be inspecting the motor shortly and will make a little video of its condition and installation.

Here is a little video of another set of lights that I was going to put on the GTUs but then bought the OEM new ones pictured previously in the build thread. These turned out nearly new as well though and I will be using them on the other rx7 build I am working on.
Here is the current build "Lazarus": It is a 1990 savanna rx7 right hand drive restoration project that I am taking on with my kid. We are building a custom motor never made before. Taking a 6port non turbo gslse iron set and custom making housings from an s5 turbo and 3mm repu rotors. Still debating on if its going IDA, DCOE or EFI. Lots of options and the motor is the last stage. New rims arrived! I ordered from Fitment Industries, shipping was incredibly fast as soon as they got mounted and balanced! However the stupid virus going around made it really hard to safely get them. After some delays from fed ex and a couple phone calls I was able to get something set up for pick up in Salem Oregon. I am about a half hour outside of town and there was a ban put on groups of more than ten in the county that morning. So it was going to be an interesting drive for sure. As I was about to head out we had a ban of more than two people meeting. I however was able to set up the pick up to meet the driver of the transport truck in the parking lot and he would use the forklift to unload it in the parking lot and then leave the papers, I sign and load and then he returns for it... I got to keep the pen lol. Same thing at the bank, it was a free pen day.
The rims were packed really well. Tight and on a new pallet. The wrapping was great! The packing was excellent and they came with stem caps, center caps and swag! They forgot one of the center caps in the package, but I wrote them on it that day and showed what came, they shipped me two of the ESR caps overnight! The rims are perfect. I love them. A great driver and meet and greet rim set up for sure. They are lighter than I thought they would be and they are painted far greater than I was expecting. The fake three piece design is funny but it really does look good. The tires are NEW, boy do they smell it too ahaha. So if you are not watching fitment industries on youtube, watch them... If you are thinking about ordering from them, it was easy to shop, pay and I got them fast and safe. It has been a while since a transaction was so smooth. Oh and I almost forgot that I even ****ed up my order and forgot to select the right set up and they called to make sure the contradicting information was corrected. The new rims are great! I am starting the subframe build and gathering parts for the suspension now. BC Stance coilovers, Power By Max parts, Energy Suspension Bushings, all the goodies. Eventually I will be putting the rims that I put on the FD3S build I did a while back. Those are still my favorite rims if not running the Blitz 03 rims I ran on my last RHD FC3S. VSXX rims from Works. I called them up and ordered some custom rims for the widebody. I Got them with a 9inch lip, white faces and black bolts. The fronts to be 18x13 and rears 18 x14.5. They ended up really making the kit come together. That being said here is MotorWeek in 1989 talking about this cars release. The GTUs is nothing more than a GTU with some special parts on it. The car itself is only different because of the 4:30 LSD differential, turbo seats and the turbo brakes. The cars also all came as non sunroof options, which was only available from the factory as a special order at the factory and was a roof skin replacement. The only reason for their release was that Mazda was not shipped enough turbo 13b engines from Japan and when confronting mazda about it they were told to release the cars under the GTUs badge with non turbo motors but the turbo interior package. The differential,steering and transmission gearing was the option that was going to make them their own stand alone model. There are NO restamped GTUs models. The 10 AE Turbo II has only 1500 of them made, there are only 1400 Infini models, 1000 Final Edition and 150 92 Final Edition Vert. Peter started the 89-90 GTUs Owners Club thread on the rx7club almost 20 years ago, Ian is one of the moderators and we all know Rotary Resurrection. So we know that there are not near as many as the original amount produced still on the road. The two that peter showed in the thread are gone as are many many more, the legality of him bringing them back is questionable if they are cut up as it appears.
