I want to trade my TII hood for NA aluminum
#1
I'm ONLY interested in an aluminum hood for trade.
Here's a picture, it's hard to see any detail really. The hood is in pretty good condition.
I live in Lake Oswego (by PCC Sylvania).
I've made two other attempts to make this trade, both guys have fallen through though.
Thanks!

if u get desperate, i'll trade you hoods. mines a stock s4 hood tho.
Unless it's aluminum, then I won't be interested.... There is no desperation or time factor with this. Sooner the better though, it commits me to doing a V-Mount.

I'm not really in a rush... It'll just move me a slight step on this car which will make me feel like I'm doing something.
I'll see if by changing my hood but gaining no performance benifits will mess up my car's class rating. I'm concerned it'll be seen as extra cooling. I could always duct tape it closed on race days. I'm not really a good enough driver to worry about the extra drag it would incur.
Meanwhile keep looking for someone that is ready sooner.

I don't think air actually passes through that scoop. haha I don't know how much wind tunnel testing actually went into that design back in the mid 80's.
There's a reason those top-mount IC's always stay in such good condition. haha
I still need to find a good looking vent to put in a standard hood.
