I was thinking

Well, seeing how have tons of pictures and how we used those pictures to show sponsors what the NW Rx7 owners do, maybe we should make a small page for the NW rx7s. That way we can direct people/sponsors to the site. Of course this would be the forums we use.
what do you guys all think?

I got the idea from trying to show the sponsors for ABF thread that kettleman started. I know Kettleman has tons of pictures from many events. I mean having the page will definately be a presentation of the NW rx7 owners and also for future sponsorship for many events.

Just a little input.
First off I think that this is a great idea. There is just no downside to this. A lot of people in this club cherish mazdas and drive more than one mazda vehicle(I do).
Not to mention that I along with many of you have dumped a ton of money into your rides. And as where most other "ricers" "grinders" or what ever you want to call them put money into the body the majority of our mods are engine related. And since most of out sponsers are engine related this is a plus for them. Even just a thread would work. It would have tp be really formal and no replies, just one post per person. Or possibly a thread that a person creates with all of our rides and then closes it.
I would be more than happy to share some photos. I should be done with mounting the IC tonight.

As I said, I got the idea of from Kettleman's idea to show the sponsors the fun people have from meetings, to events, to cruises.. ect...
That way if we have a solid page and this forum, NW Rx7 owners have something to present to sponsors that is not just a thread of pictures, but a documentation of how the club does things.
I also see a page so that people with other mazdas (possibly other rotaries and mazdas) example the cosmo, can show off their rides.
then pictures with us using the sponsors products or however people want to represent them.
I'll say this.. and it is my opinion. When I see 1st Gen Rx7 owners, I see real enthusiasts. Not saying that fc and fd owners are not... but 1st Gen owners love their cars for what it is. Since they enjoy the car for what it is, they dont rely on body kits or huge rims or other things to enjoy the car. Other car enthusiasts/tuners that like to tinker with their cars in other ways, such as having a civic or a 240sx, have a huge following, but because something else drawers people to buy these cars. Maybe a turbo charged B16 with spoon knock off rims with carbon fiber body accents or some guy that his 240sx with sr20det swap for drifting.
I'm down that road where I wanna tinker with body stuff and all. I also do enjoy the people that get the rides that only enthusiasts really appreciate.
