That doesn't mean a whole lot when it comes to planning. This thing pretty much starts the day after the previous one's over. It takes A TON of work.

I'll chime in with this note. The red lion is nice, but a little expensive. Although, if it's gonna be in Wenatchee again, it may be a better value for all that we require. I'd at least like to see a package minus the lunch. Those are $15 each, and I don't see the value in it. Mc Donalds is a better lunch for $3.

Just my .02

I think that it has been great every year. (great job everyone!!) The nice thing about Apple Blossom is that it gives the club great exposure. There are tons of people in town that weekend, we are in the car show and grand parade (Not every car show is willing to let 30 non-classic cars in), we do the dyno right on the strip, etc.

It's also a great central location for all the Washington Rotary owners to meet up.

The price at the RedLion is not bad considering how busy it is that weekend in Wenatchee, that they give us a locked parking corral, let us wash our cars there, and it's a clean and comfy place.

Let me know how I can help once we get things moving.

id REALLY REALLY REALLY love for it to be at the red lion again. im going to apple blossom regardless, and it had better be with the rx7 club.

I agree the red lion price was decent, but no offence, if you cant save up the money for the red lion between now and the end of next spring theres something wrong with you...

everyone get your drinking tolerance up now!

I personally would not sleep well at night, if my cars were parked at the motel 6 or where ever. Also you may hate it, but a lot of cops stay in the red lion, which is like having your own little security force, Its not pure luck that no ones car has been stolen or burgalarized. Plus the dyno is right across the street, I think we would be hard pressed to find a better place, condsidering all these things. With that being said I gladly vouleenter to help out as needed.

P.S. For the love of god, no MOCK TURTLE NECKS this year. Please I beg you.

wow, i just looked at that and realized how stupid that post was..."durrrrr me like apple blossom" i'm at school and am really tired.

what i really meant was i liked the location, liked the parade, liked the car coral, and had an all around good time. but i drove to my farm in cle elum every night so i cant really have a say in the red lion.
