It was fun to meet all you guys - I wish they could of figured out what happened when I was up on the rollers.

The dyno kept braking on me, several times in fact. The last one actually locked up the rollers at about 6K on my tach! I hit the clutch ASAP to avoid lauching off the rack, or flat spotting my tires. I was also worried about the shock to my drive train.

Mine was the Titanium Gray RX8

Woundup that hood looks awesome! Numbers any better than ABF last year?

Thanks for the comment, its incredibly light. Horsepower was 208 at 8.5 psi. Which is better than abf last year which was 189 at 8-9 psi. I was having trouble building boost, so i had then load the rollers on the dyno some more. Didn't help much. Of course on the way home I realized my problem. I keeping raising the set on the boost controler to get more boost, but I forgot to raise the safety limiter at the same time. So I had it set for somewhere around 12-14 psi but my limiter was set for 10 psi, at 99% wastegate opening. Duh, I such a dumbass. Sometimes i hate electronics.

I am the first gen dyno king until abf, take your time dave, no rush. Gotta give props to Macguiver aka Kompressorlogic. 200k on a turbo six port 10 psi 231 hp, pretty impressive. Somebody buy this man a home depot gift card.!

Great meeting those I'd yet to meet; I didn't know my bald-spot was so visible!

I second that hood. It is insanely light. I could not believe it. I was surprised at your numbers Chris. I think that you would have been the day winner if you would have had that exta 1.5psi. Plus our cars are not fat...

I am sure that I will have some issues the first few times on the dyno. You might still have more than me. I just need to get it back so I can work all the kinks out.

Not yet, close though. I will have some dyno tuning time though so I will know what she will do before ABF

Here is a website that I am starting to make. Be nice, it is the first that I have ever done. Go to the pictures page.
