By law you're 21 the day before your birthday. Unfortuneatly most people are ******* idiots and don't know the laws. so technically you can drink...

If your birthday is the 3rd for ex the 365th day you've been alive is the 2nd. So if you were born at 9am on the 3rd then at 9am on the 2nd you've been alive for a year there for you're 21 the daybefore, but most people don't know and it's a old law and it's ignored or probably has been amended by now.
