If your birthday is the 3rd for ex the 365th day you've been alive is the 2nd. So if you were born at 9am on the 3rd then at 9am on the 2nd you've been alive for a year there for you're 21 the daybefore, but most people don't know and it's a old law and it's ignored or probably has been amended by now. You can try and argue it. At izzys, if i can make it, I'll help argue it for you so you can have an over priced beer. LOL

hopefully we will be there have no idea. the miata decided to dump all its coolant at the wal-mart parking lot... stupid lower radiator hose blew off... but it was old hopefully this will be one of the last things i will have to mess with for the cooling system for a while.
