Congrats on the times Bobby I told you you would be in the mid 12's with slicks. You were able to fit 28" tires on stock rims and not rub the fender well???? If so **** fire I was worried about running out of gear in 4th with the 4.0's and my unique setup. Were they 28"x10.5x16 ET Streets?? Damn I shouldnt have bought the 26"!!!

Unfortunately I thought it was rained out until I got online at 745 and by then it was to late to head down.

Congrats again on you 12's and tom you still cant get into the 11's I bet that is SUPER FRUSTRATING!!!! You have been so close for so long.

Damn I need to get the deployment done and get the damn car done so I can play too. Fortunately I will still have a few months to play before winter sets in.

i think the 28's are too tall. Im not even making it to 4th gear! MY launches are pretty slow, and my MPH is good for much faster times. Ill trade you 26 for 28! I think i have 28x11.5x16, fits without rubbing

How about this. Let me try mine one time to see how they work out and then you can try them and I will try yours and we can trade if it works for both of us.

Sound good??

My luck continues. Did solve the clutch problem, just a free play adjustment.

Got out to the track at 9:30 & found they were open but not going to start running until 2:00PM. Decided to go home & come back later.

Drove home & on the way picked up an ugly piece of metal in my left ET Street. Barely made it (no spare with me), tire is history, so no racing today.

In fact, no racing until late August as I am out of town on Tuesday until the 20th.
