Well, the RX-Midget is now back together (for the most part ) I was able to get her to Import Carlisle late on Sat and all day Sun. I spent 47 hours in 2 1/2 days working on her to get her back together . Well, I think it payed off. Grassroots Motorsports Magazine did a photo shoot of the car (not these pics) and took a bunch of info, so I may have a feature article in the mag . I just about passed out when the tech editor of the mag came to look at it and said a bunch of nice things about it.

Hey, Big thanks goes out to my good friend John K. who kept me sane for the last 3 days of assembly, and to M. Koch for the AWSOME looking carbon fiber dash. to you guys

Anyhow, here she is.......

BTW - the yellow is much brighter that it looks in the pics. I took them at sundown, so it looks more orange then it really is.

Wow Brian, that looks way cooler than I had expected! Paint job looks clean. I like the racing stripes

Dash is also pretty impressive. What wiring kit did you use to wire it all up, or did you even use a kit? What are all the buttons under the tach for also?

That is very impressive. I also like the white racin' stripe. Very tasteful and not all jacked up.

Huge thumbs up.

Thanks

Wiring kit is from E-Z I think. I'll check when I get home, but it is the one I told you about before. I still need to put the wire loom around all the wires. I just ran out of time....

Switches are L to R

Manual Fan override

Fuel Pump #1

Fuel Pump #2 (to be added)

not used

O2 selector (front or rear rotor)

not used

the one black switch up high is for the driving lights and the aluminum **** is parking/headlights/dimmer/interior light.

Yep, fuel lines are allowed through the cockpit as long as they are braided lines and drain holes are in the floor according to the SCCA. I think it is safer because the lines will not get ripped off the bottom of the car if I happen to go for an agricultural drive (off the track) The are also in the center of the roll cage and it would take a lot to get to them.

Rear brake line also runs throught the cockpit for protection of the lines also. It does make mounting the bias valve easier

WAIT!

You are AutoX'ing that thing? AWESOME! How much does it weigh? And what are the engine mods? Is it a 12a or 13b? I can't tell by just looking at it.

Amazing, simply amazing. That thing must haul some major ***.
