Rx-7 Sighting In Baltimore

I saw a Black FD today, about 5pm, going south on I-95 just north of the Fort Mchenry Tunnel in Baltimore .
It had a body kit with a large wing. Is that anyone on this forum?
I was in the north bound lane in a Red FD.
