well, i know someone how recently put their stock parts back on to try to pass emissions in VA, but he still failed 
so if somone can hook him up with an emissions inspection in VA, i'm sure you could use those parts for your inspection

I even park in front of cops. I guess the Florida plates help out though

ok so what is the prob, emissions or inspection they r two diffrent things
but i think u are talking about inspection becuse your looking to get tags.
i know someone that is getting me a sticker for my bike for 125 but i will ask him if he does cars.
if thats doesn't work i know 2 more people that say then can get a inspection ticket... but i only see them on sunday down north piont.
my cusion also is an inspecter but he is alittle bit of a tite *** and he might let u slide he might not it all depends.
he is the last choice because i dont want to **** up my ****
atleast i thought i had to have a cat..... not all the rest of the bullshit. i still have my stock cat if i need one
