What the heck happened? I got there at a little before 2:30, expecting to see a few RX-7's and all I saw was a pretty empty parking lot.

Went up the road to make sure I was in the right place, got back around 2:45 and waited a while.

Mann showed up around 3:00 in his sweet RX-2 and we went in to have a beer or two and B.S..

Was anyone there that we didn't see for some reason? or did the weather scare everyone off?

oh well... thanks for the spin in the RX-2 Mann... it was good meeting you and checking out your car.

i had a round of bad luck today, first the car didn't want to start. Got it started, it was ok and i was on my way (with intermittant tach) but it started to heat up pretty bad, saw 220F at one point so turn off the car and pulled over. My OEM replacement stant radiator cap apparently wasn't up to the task and blew off spraying coolant directly into my face I wiped my eyes, filled it back up with water and drove home. Today was probably one of the worst days I've had as far as cars are concerned. Doctor says the burns aren't bad and I'll be ok in a couple days. Given everything that happened I figure i probably have some ground issues and my electric fan might not have been spinning very hard and thus the tach issues etc. Also, avoid the stant 13lb radiator cap, lesson learned. If i feel better maybe i'll head to capital tomorrow, i think right now i'm going to stay in bed though. The worst part of all this is i never got my damn steak!

Came out after work and only saw 1 RX. Like Drew said, we stayed and B.S.'d for about a hour or so then we left. Thanx for the cruise in the FD Drew, its been awhile since i've felt how a turbo pulls. Anyway--Sorry about the coolant problem FCN! For all you guys that said you were coming and didn't>shame on you!

I was drinking at Chillis in Waldorf.

To much rain for me to drive all the way to Glen Burnie.
