I think it is at Jumpers Hole Rd. and Mountian Rd. in Pasedina.
Jumpers Hole Rd. is called Baltimore Anapolis Blvd on teh other side of Mountian Rd.

To answer your question about fee
The only fee is for the dyno if you want to run its 100.00
Everything else is free--But there will be a big phat tip jar there so feel free to throw a little something in there every now and then.I am working on getting some friends--hehehe to hand out food and drinks and i said they could have the tip money.-------Yes hotties!!~!!!
