I showed up in one piece, so did the RX-8. The 8 was a bit beat up by sand and snow but all in all the trip went well. Almost 1700 miles in a 26 ft Penske truck wasn't fun. I like to drive fast but around here you don't have a choice of when you want to do it, you have to drive like a madman all the time. With the altitude being so low I can breath now. I used to live at 6000 ft, and work at 7000+ ft. Not to mention about 10-15% more HP, my RX-8 is quicker and louder :-). fd3boost, I live right off of RT 1 and 495.

So your car is faster now? That should be called the I moved to a better elevation mod. 
Anyway so route 1 south or north? North is more Old Town area. Alexandria is so spread out anyway. I am about 30 min from route 1. Wanna get some beer sometime or anything let me know. You should be running into Rikki sometime too.He lives very close to you.
