To make a long story short...

My friend met this girl that he's been dating for about 5-6 weeks now... I met her last night and she is a 10.

I spent several hours one-on-one with her talking and hanging out drinking/dancing at a party with her while my friend was hangin with his guy-friends and I really really like her. She's got a degree in chemistry like me, she's very smart, fun (but not WILD), sweet personality, not a ****, likes cars (even knows a little about RX-7s), oh yeah... and she's cute too. Let me put it to you this way... I was very attracted to her all night, but I wasn't looking at her **** or ***... it was the "let's get married, you are the best" type of attraction, not just some stupid sex thing. She asked if I ever went racing at Summit Point, and I said "yeah", and she said, "well maybe next time I can come with you". She is a 10 in my book.

But she's dating my friend who is just going to get bored of her and dump her like he always does to girls. Plus, she's about 3x smarter than my friend... so I know it will NOT last between them. But the problem is that it will last just long enough that she won't want to "jump ship" to me I don't think.

I'm so screwed.

Anyone know any :

- super smart

- fun

- morally sound

- cute

- likes to drive fast

girls that live near Rockville? I thought not.

I'd say if you don't give a **** about his reaction and you think she's worth it, go for it.

Go for it. Explain it to him!! He will get over it. Or if she tries to initiate something, just let her know you dont feel comfortable doing aything while she is dating your friend. Then maybe she will break it off with him if the feeling is mutual.

GOOD LUCK!!

take it from me I:

a) lost my best friend

b) went thru hell from my best friend

c) eventually lost the girl because she couldnt deal with my ex-best friend harassing us saying how i stole her (we started dating after they broke up...figure that out)

it's a waste, just don't become buddy buddy with her, give it some space and time, eventually they'll break up then move in and take it slow, like a week or two before you go in for the big moves, ya know?

These situations suck BTW almost all my girls are involved in this **** when i find them, i hate my luck,

kevin.

hmmm... guess that's better than the "lack of chick" chick problems... kind of frustrating though... she sounds pretty f'in' cool

If it were me, I'd just ride it out and see what happens.

At any rate, hope it works out in a good way for you man... :bigthumg:
