Well i just got back from 75/80 drag, it was frickin packed...

i met a guy with a silverstone FD, 93, PFS intercooler, airbox, exhaust, M/T slicks ect..

I cant ******* remember his tag, it ended with 100. He ran a 12.54, pretty cool.

Other FD i saw was black in the parkinglot, crome stock wheels, r1, PFS exhaust.

Any ideas on who this may be?

They were running crazy 1/8 mile cars. I dont know what class it was, but the best run we saw was a 5.02@146 mph. pretty damn fast.

I wish i could remember the guys name. Oh well.

RFreeman27, that was me with the worthless 12.5.

I hate to admit it but on all four runs I FORGOT TO TURN THE BOOST UP! Had the PFS computer set on "2", around 12 lbs of boost, rather than 3 where I get 17. That's not why I ran race gas! I went out there with a friend of mine and with all the yakin' we were doing, I forgot my mental checklist.

Nice cool temps, no rain for a change, and I screwed the pooch. Sunday morning I'm heading back. Supposed to be a nice day. Continuing quest for 11s with a cat.

And damn the place WAS jammed.

rfreeman, you oughta run it. Can't leave me out there carrying the flag all alone. Now and then Demitrious shows up & demonstrates to the track how fast an RX-7 can be but I have never seen another RX7 run up there.

What I think I need most to hit the 11's is low temps so it may not happen until fall, but I figure I will keep on plugging. The quick way is to just quit screwing around & put on a midpipe but I want to hit the 11s with the cat on.
