Well I was trying to help you out. Do you think the people that WOULD do it for you would post on here about it. If you are less obvious you may get a better response, but you want to be a dill hole so good luck.

It may be a little hard to get a lick and stick for emissions in Pa. They are starting a visual and gas cap test in my county next month and the testing machine is setup via a dedicated phone line to harrisburg. So unless they have a way to get around that it's not going to happen.
