About 75-80 closing I heard on the radio today they will be open this year for sure but they are thinking about selling before next year. They are selling off a bunch of land north of the strip for a community or some ****.

Oh well who knows.

Today i decided to buy an engine lift and stand so i can (finally) pull my motor.

I called around and pep boys had two in stock (350 each), and advanced auto rented them out. I decided just to go to look at the pep boys one for the hell of it, I'm not paying 450-500 bucks for a craftsman lift.

I get there, take a look at it, and it was pretty nice. I also got a 1000 pound engine stand.

well the grand total came out to be 199 bucks. Pep boys charged me 119 for the lift! And 80 for the stand.

So i saved 230 bucks!

I just put them both together and they are pretty quality.

Muhahahahahah!!!

Well Tom...

**** was going kind of slow before you left. When we got back from the store, it went quickly. The PPF came of easily (almost hitting me in the face haha) driveshaft was pie, then we pulled the motor out. The only other snag we hit was the motor mounts. I ended up taking them completely off the motor. After that, it came out really easily.

I would put some pics up, but i cannot attatch them in here.

We never did get the tranny off the motor, we couldnt figure out the clip. I got the info now, so i'm going to do that tommarrow.

Honestly, it wasnt that bad. I bet I could do it in 1/2 the time now, the first time is just always the worst.
