Ok lemme ramble them off.. some of the info listed is a lil confusing:

1. Registration will NOT be at the hotel on Friday, it will be at the Show and Shine from 10am-5pm correct?

2. IF we are not part of the driving school for Saturday, where do we meet at noon for the rotary only autocross?

3. Will we recieve said "namebadges" at registration at the Show and Shine?

4. Holiday Inn says the check in time is 3pm anyways.. so this all should make sense.

5. Will we be having dinner at the hotel in the conference room we have allotted?

thanks in advance.. just want to make sure everything is clear.

Registration will be at the Hotel on Thursday and Friday evening. This will only be for PREREGISTERED people checking in. If you are not pre-registered you will have to pay at the gate Friday and / or Saturday the price will be $60. The cost is $30 if you preregister online.

2. IF we are not part of the driving school for Saturday, where do we meet at noon for the rotary only autocross?

At the same place as the Driving School. (1300 Frankies Road) We will be opening up the gates for non-driving School people at 11:00 so you can watch the final runs of the driving school cars if you want.

3. Will we recieve said "namebadges" at registration at the Show and Shine?

Yes, you will revive "Pit Passes" when you register wherever that may be.

4. Holiday Inn says the check in time is 3pm anyways.. so this all should make sense.

Yup

5. Will we be having dinner at the hotel in the conference room we have allotted?

We will have Beer and Wine and finger foods in the Holiday inn meeting room. Dinner each night is an your on your own type of thing. We figured you will break off into small groups and woder off to locel restruants.

I have some road maps saved on my computer on home. I will post them up tonight.

It's you're decision what days you want to attend. We are charging a flat fee of $30 for all 3 days. If you choose to do 1 or 2 of them thats you're choice.

If you decide to pay at the gate it will be $60 so I STRONGLY urge you to pre-register. We really dont want to sit at the gate all day registering people. You can pre-register all the way up until Wed. the 9th.

See you all there.

Show and shine is part of the weekend if you preregistered you cann attend or spectate any day you want. So, yes, you can attend the Show and shine to watch then participate for the next 2 days.

2: The driving school is 7-12, does that mean be there by 7 or is there registration befor 7?

The driving School Starts at 8 a.m. sharp. It is recomanded you get there a little early and be ready to drive by 8:00. Its you're driving school I would imagine you would want to get every minute out of it you can.

I will be out there at about 7:30 checking the 12 drivers in if they have not checked in the night before.

3: Will there be any helmets supplyed at the driving school and at the autocross or should I buy one?

There are limited amounts of loaner helmets. In all honesty they will be a PITA for you because you're going to have to spend time swapping with other drivers.

If you think you're going to get involved in Autocrossing or motorsports then I suggest you invest in a helmet.
