It's this weekend, it supports the National Kidney foundation, they raised over 2 million last year, if you are interested go!

As you know this is a charity that I am very passionate about, my Dad recieved a Kidney transplant and I have on;y one kidney which don't work so well.



Nationally blood pressure's are up, which is driving the kidney failures up GET YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKED! Seriously, it can save you so much in the long run, blood pressure method has pretty much no side effects and is inexpensive.

I used to live about 10 blocks from coconuts. That place is crazy. Hot chicks in thongland if you get my drift.



I wish I would have seen this sooner. I might have cruised up. Might just go tomarrow. we'll see.
