About Time For Another Charity Drive?

Just wondering if you guys have some ideas, I would like to do a drive for the national kidney foundation at some point. My current financial situation doesn't allow for a whole lot, but happy to give what I can.

Raffles are always good. Have someone donate a prize, everyone purchase virtual tickets, then hold a drawing for that prize. Bigger the item, higher priced tickets, more $$$!
Or have items/services donated, then people bid on them.
We're in the middle of our annual charitable campaign done by state agencies, and we're doing the auction thing. People pay for stuff that they could normally get for free, and the competition drives people to bid higher then they would normally pay for stuff.
Items could range from baked goods, to video games, to TB mods, to RX-7 shop items, or even a month or 2 of the supporter package.
