I would also recommend Chris @ Bansai Racing. From what I have heard he is reasonable, and really does quality work.

man I realize your post is years old but I have same problem im in Wichita ks and need to find someone great to tune my rx7! Any ideas??

Does anyone know what happened to or where steve kan is or how to get in touch? Does anyone know of a comparable tuner for apexi power fc if he is no longer available?
