2005 Oklahoma Rotary Bbq

Hi Guys,
We are asking for donations for the BBQ as well. There are just 3 of us hosting this event and want to make it as nice as possible. Providing good food, drinks, awards, prizes, and also rental for the BBQ site location.
Anything will help.
You can make a donation by going HERE then clicking on the "Make A Donation" button.
For folks who have paid for thier t-shirts this can be considered as your donation. Although not required, people bringing more than 1 guest we ask that you make a donation for them.

I noticed on the registration page you request email addresses. Can you send an email to everyone who signed up reminding them we're going out to the drags the night before the BBQ? That would be awesome to go up there and out number and out class the domestic guys.
Make the V8's wait for the ROTARIES to finish racing instead it being the other way around

Yes, I have all the e-mails...Will do that.
Also, we probably should pick a decently priced, central hotel where people can crash at....Woops...Lets not say "crash" when refering to a car meet.
I knew we would crack 40 cars before this thing is all over
........
Josh, you have a script for the DVD you're gonna make? I was thinking it would be kinda cool to have one where we have a short interview with everyone...Something like name, traveling from, what they drive....Then like you said where you list all the cars and the mods. Would be kick ***.

I dont have anything like that. I'm open to suggestions though. I could get the car/mod info off of each car if you were to make a registration card to fill out. I figured you would do that already since you're going to be judging the cars anyway.
