First of all, Welcome to Nopistons!

The answer to your second question is complicated..

Nopistons was formed by people that were fed up with the RX7Club in one way or another. For me, it was the poor business practices of Jason's store that triggered my leave. For others, they were banned for speaking out against the business, the forum, the owners.. A lot of us were tired of the slow server speeds and the heavy traffic.. Anyway, I have reservations toward that forum because of the content of the responses in the Gen-specific forums and the amount of 'children' (who post misleading/incorrect information because they think they know).

We might act like kids, but we are grown men. We like to play around in GenD, be satirical and sarcastic. But in the technical forums, rarely will you find a thread bashing someone's work (unless it's a V8 swap), or trying to figure out what color chameleon paint to put on the newest ViS bodykit..

The topic of Nopistons.com at the RX7Club is taboo because most people don't understand the dynamic and history.

Cool Screen name. I am pretty excited about this season.

Looking foward to seeing what RedBull does.

I am also looking foward to seeing how everyone does with their new teams.

Welcome to NP.

the funny part about this forum is the last three people to reply to this thread are all sitting in the same room.

Bad news for Sauber - red bull was their main sponsor.
