I believe that's the exact same model I got from Santa Claus. Works pretty good, and yes, I understand Garmin makes as good a unit as anybody.

 

Garmin make some of the best units in the industry. I have two that lasted so long if they broke tomorrow I wouldn't be unhappy at all. They are also top quality in the marine market, they stand behind their products and are quick to do repairs when needed.
