[attachment=46349:rx7.jpg] I bought it back in March for $1300 CAD. Here's a pic of it on the dealer lot.

Since then its been my weekend project.

So far:

-taken out the stock FPD. Fuel line was replumbed and space added for a Marren FPD. This will be the only non-OEM thing on it for safety reasons.

-sold the Momo Ferrari wheels. Bought T2 16" wheels.

-tried to remove the mom shift ****...old owner had cemeted it on! ended up damaging the shifter but found one locally

-old seats were torn. Replaced with T2 seats

-found a stock OEM stereo from a 626 of the same year and put that in. It turns out the convertible has this weird filter-amp which only sends the low frequencies to the door speakers. I took that out and replaced it with an OEM amp.

-floors were rusted out so I cut the bad parts out and welded in some new steel. Also some rust in and on fenders. Used steel and bondo to repair.

-shocks were blown and in order to qualify for collector plates and cheap insurance in 3 years, I needed to put back the stock springs...found a set of OEM springs and struts

-got new carpet off Ebay

-threw out my old door panels and got leather ones off Ebay

-all the original speakers have been replaced with new pioneer ones

That's it so far. I'll post a pic of it when its back from the paint booth.

Really wanting to find a set of OEM mud flaps and the aero kit!
