Well hello everyone. I have a Supra and two Miatas, one of which my friend and I are going to swap an engine into, we just arent certain what yet. Originally he wanted to try a 13B, but other ideas are 1UZ, 1JZ, 4G63, etc. Im just going to look around and get some info, etc.

Welcome to nopistons! Feel free to post any questions you may have, the motor swaps section may be a good place to start.

Welcome to nopistons! A 13B in a Miata would be very cool, but I always figured if and when I ever got a Miata I'd give it the Flyin' Miata turbo treatment.

At the nopistons retreat several years ago, there was a Miata powered by a 13bt, it was awesome. If anyone remembers, it was green, with dragon design down the side. I didn't get any details on the swap, but I remember working the autocross course as it zoomed by, I loved it.

The red one in my sig is eventually going to get the 1.8 from my '96, as well as a turbo, MegaSquirt, etc. I ultimately want to keep it a DD and doubt it'll have more than 200rwhp or so. I have a Supra for a project car that I need to do first that I'm aiming for 450-500rwhp with.

Anyways, I'd like to try an experiment..I'm looking for a regular ol' factory FD wedge spoiler for my Miata. I dont really like how bare the back is, and I dont much care for most wing/spoiler/lip choices short of a duckbill trunk. There's a few pics online I've finally found of a few people that have tried it and I rather like how it came out. My trunk is faded to hell and really needs painting, so I figure now would be a good time for something like this.

If anyone has one or knows of someone that has one who'd part with it, I'd appreciate it if you'd let me know.

The one I'm specifically referring to is this one:

Welcome to nopistons! Once you have 15 posts, you might want to try posting a want-to-buy ad in the classifieds here, or start a thread in the 3rd gen section to see if anyone might have one.
