Hello All,

I am new to this forum and new to forums in general, so please be patient with me as I conquer this new endeavour. Just bought an 04 Titanium Grey 6MT, w/95k miles. Having a Mishimoto Radiator & hoses installed as I type. May be taking it in to see if I can get a new engine Nice to meet you all.

was your engine already replaced by mazda? i seem to remember hearing about a recall for something wrong with the initial few renesis' and if something was wrong with the engine they'd replace it. at your mileage you're probably out of warranty though haha. welcome in!! you ever go up through wichita falls? i usually stop in bridgeport for some caffeine on my way to ft worth for my guard drills

 

I go up that way semi-frequently. Luckily engines were upgraded to a 100k warranty, but am going to check on the recalls (alot of them). Guard Drills? Military? I was stationed at Fort Sill, very briefly.

 

yeah, i'm air national guard at carswell JRB. i live up in wichita falls though, we have several 7's up there, but only a couple are running right now haha
