Huh? How did you come up with that. That's how it is on S4 N/A's stock.

you may find that one of your modules on your electronic dizzy is f**ked probably the trailing thats the one that went on my car and same sort of problems just overall less power, test to see if you are getting spark on both leading and trailing plugs would be a good place to start.

They can run on one rotor, they just have NO power. I drove a 12A about a hundred miles on one rotor. No fun. You start thinking like you do on a bicycle where momentum is your buddy.
