That would depend on what your definition of inexpensive is, and what you're trying to accomplish. Here's a link to common mods: FC FAQ section Though it's always best to have a reliable car, so you might want to start with making sure everything is in good order (no old cracking fuel hoses, vacuum hoses, no leaking fuel pulsation damper or injectors, good grounds, no oil leaks, etc.).



And welcome to the forum, there's quite a wealth of knowledge here.
